The brief descriptions below are designed to familiarize you with our staff's training, professional credentials and work experience.

George T. O'Hearn, D.D.S.

Dr. George O'Hearn was born in Madison Wisconsin and moved to Green Bay shortly after. He attended Green Bay East High School. Dr. O'Hearn graduated from the University of Green Bay with a Bachelor in Science in Human Adaptability. In 1986 he earned his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University Of Minnesota School Of Dentistry. Following graduation, Dr. O'Hearn began practicing dentistry in Denmark in 1986.

After gaining 18 years of experience in his field, Dr. O'Hearn founded Denmark Family Dentistry in 2004. He continued to practice high quality dentistry, build community relationships and patient trust at the newfound location. In 2005 Dr. Kittell gladly joined him at the current location they practice today where they carry on the same values Dr. O'Hearn set from his solo practice that began in 1986.

Dr. O'Hearn is a member of the American Dental Association, the Wisconsin Dental Association, and the Brown-Door-Kewaunee Dental Association. Throughout the year Dr. O'Hearn attends numerous continuing education courses and is also a member of the Mackinaw’s Dental Club, Denmark Lions Club and the Green Bay YMCA Y's Men's Club. When Dr. O'Hearn is not at the office he enjoys spending time and traveling with family, including his two grandsons and his two adult children, Murphy who resides in Dedham,MA and Nellie who resides in Kernersville, NC. Additionally he enjoys many outdoor activities and volunteering for the Green Bay YMCA camping services. 

Sheila M. Kittell, D.D.S

Dr. Sheila Kittell was born and raised in the Denmark area. She attended All Saints Catholic grade school and Denmark High School. Dr. Kittell graduated from Marquette University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Dental Hygiene. In 2005, she earned her Doctor of Dental Science degree from Marquette University School of Dentistry; graduating Cum Laude. Upon graduation, she returned to the Denmark area and joined Denmark Family Dentistry.

Dr. Kittell truly enjoys general dentistry and finds it rewarding to get to know her patients and their families. She takes pride in educating patients so that they are able to make informed decisions regarding their treatment and oral health. Throughout the year Dr. Kittell actively participates in continuing education courses and attends seminars and study clubs. Additionally, she is a member of the American Dental Association, the Wisconsin Dental Association, Brown-Door-Kewaunee Dental Association and the Greater Green Bay Women's Dental Society.

When Dr. Kittell is not at the office she is busy at home with her husband Jason and their two children, Amber and Brady. She also enjoys traveling, watching sports, spending time with her children and going for walks wiht her Goldendoodle, Brittney.  

Office Manager

Wendy is the office manager and has been a part of this wonderful dental team for over twenty years. Through the years she has enjoyed getting to know our patients and help provide them with the care and knowledge they deserve.

When Wendy is not at work she enjoys spending time with her family and pets.


Dental Hygienist

Katelyn graduated from Northeast Wisconsin Technical College’s Dental Assisting program in 2013; becoming a certified Dental Assistant.  She then went on to pursue Dental Hygiene at NWTC and graduated in May 2015.  Katelyn joined Denmark Family Dentistry in June 2015.  She enjoys working with patients and providing a comfortable and positive dental experience.

In her free time, Katelyn enjoys spending time with her family and friends, watching and attending sport events, and going up north. 


Dental Hygienist

Jenny graduated from the Dental Hygiene Program at Northeast Wisconsin Technical College in 2010, and joined Denmark Family Dentistry in July 2011. Jenny enjoys her profession and strives to provide the best care for each patient.

In her free time, Jenny enjoys traveling swimming, running and spending time with family and friends.


Dental Hygienist

Anna graduated from Chippewa Valley Technical College in December 2007. After working in the dental field for four years, she went to pursue Dental Hygiene at NWTC and graduated in May 2013. Anna joined Denmark Family Dentistry in July 2017. Anna loves her profession and believes in providing care of the highest quality, in a gentle and caring manner. 

In her free time, Anna enjoys spending time with her husband, Kevin, and their daughter, Paige. She also enjoys snowmobiling, four-wheeling and spending time with her friends and family.


Dental Assistant

Megan graduated from the Dental Assisting Program at NWTC in 2015; and is currently continuing her education in the Dental Hygiene Program, also at NWTC. She joined Denmark Family Dentistry as a Certified Dental Assistant in June 2017. 

When not in the office, Megan enjoys spending time with family and friends, going up north, hunting, fishing, trap shooting and playing with her dog, Trigger.


Dental Assistant

Allisa graduated from the Dental Assisting Program at NWTC in 2005.  She loves dentistry because she enjoys building trusting relationships with patients in order to deliver quality care, and gets to be a part of many amazing transformations.

Allisa got married in 2010 to her husband, Nathan. They have a beautiful daughter, Kynslee, and a black lab named Ollie.  When she is not in the office she likes spending time with her husband, daughter and dog Ollie, going up north, hunting, fishing, and cheering on the Packers. 


Dental Assistant

Michelle graduated from Northeast Wisconsin Technical College earning her Certified Dental Assistant degree in 1982. Michelle has 35 years of dental assisting experience and has worked with Dr. O'Hearn since 1993.

Michelle has four children and eight wonderful grandchildren. When she is not at the office, Michelle enjoys spending time with her family and camping.


Dental Assistant

Lacie graduated from Mishicot High School and completed the Dental Assisting Program at Lakeshore Technical College in 2010, joining Denmark Family Dentistry in December of the same year. She then continued her education, becoming a Certified Dental Assistant in November 2014. Lacie enjoys working with our patients, while providing a comfortable and welcoming dental experience. 

Lacie married her husband, Brandon, in July 2014; and they welcomed their son, Brantley, in April 2016. When not at the office, Lacie enjoys spending time with family, friends and her dogs, Oakley and Sam.
